Mastershot Film Festival is the first international film festival dedicated entirely to films created from start to finish in a single continuous shot. Initiated by independent filmmakers in the summer of 2015, the festival was born out of a passion for the moving image, camera movement, and unconventional approaches to cinematic storytelling.

Over the past ten years, the festival has held numerous editions, resulting in the creation of several original mastershot films produced entirely in one take, without any cuts. Our events have taken place both in Poland (Poznań, Warsaw, Łódź, Kraków, Gdańsk) and abroad. From the very beginning, the festival has been accompanied by film workshops supported by professional equipment and expert guidance.

Since 2015 we have
• trained over 1,000 participants from across Poland and Europe
• organized multiple editions of workshops both domestically and internationally
• produced more than a dozen mastershot films
• awarded filmmakers through a competition for the best one-shot film
• inspired and continue to inspire new generations of creators to explore unconventional visual storytelling
